Google Play Not Counting Your 12 Testers?

Two different numbers can look like they don't match, for two different reasons.

Your Testers14 day counter is real calendar time since your app was confirmed installed on testers' devices — not how many days someone has gotten around to logging activity for, and not from checkout. If nothing's been logged for a day or two, the day count itself still keeps moving; only the "active testers today" figure is affected.

Play Console's own opted-in tester count can lag behind what you see on your dashboard by a few hours, as individual testers accept the opt-in invitation at their own pace. This is Google's own system catching up, not an error on either side, and it typically settles within the first day.

If a mismatch persists for more than a day or two, or your active-tester count looks lower than expected for several days running, that's worth a support ticket rather than assuming it will resolve on its own.
