Google's questionnaire, in substance, asks two things. Use your own real test data below — this planner doesn't invent anything for you, it just structures the answer.
Name the actual features/screens your testers used — sign-in, core screens, any purchase flow. Avoid "everything".
Reference specific issues and what you fixed — or say plainly that none were found. Both are legitimate.
Google's production-access questionnaire boils down to what you tested and what you did with the feedback. A vague answer to either — "everything worked fine", "no issues found" with no detail — reads as low-engagement testing even when your 12-tester/14-day requirement was technically met, since that count is checked automatically before the questionnaire ever appears.
The reviewers on Google's side see thousands of these submissions. The ones that clear fast name actual screens and flows by name, and either point to a specific bug that got fixed or say plainly that none were found — both are legitimate answers. The ones that stall repeat the app's own marketing copy back at Google instead of describing what real testers actually did.
Testers14 customers get these answers written for them from their own order's real data — actual tester devices, countries, and logged bug reports — right on their dashboard once the required 14 days are done.
