Going to production
This page is about what to do next with your order. If you already know you're reapplying and want to audit your test evidence first, our "more testing required" page is the checklist for that.
A rejection after your closed test is complete means Google reviewed your application and found something insufficient. Reaching the form means you cleared the initial eligibility gate — but it does not put the tester requirement behind you: Google's own documentation names having fewer than 12 opted-in testers, and insufficient tester engagement during the testing period, among the reasons it may require more testing after reviewing an application.
The most common real causes are a questionnaire answered too generically (see our page on exactly what Google asks), testing evidence that reads as low-engagement even though the raw opt-in count was fine, or an unrelated policy issue with the app itself unrelated to testing at all.
Reapplying immediately with the same answers rarely changes the outcome — the fix is specific evidence: what testers actually did, and what changed in the app because of it.
Under Testers14's money-back guarantee, if this happens after a completed order, you choose a free retest — a full fresh 20-day cycle at no extra charge — or a full refund. Contact support to start either.
