If your app completes the full 20-day closed test with us and Google does not grant production access, you choose between a free retest — a full fresh 20-day cycle at no extra charge — or a full refund of your order. It's your choice, not ours, and it's one or the other, not both.
The guarantee covers what happens after a completed test where Google doesn't grant production access — it does not guarantee Google's decision itself, which depends on Google's own review of your app and submission, not on us. It does not cover apps withdrawn before the 14 days are up, apps that violate Google Play's Developer Policy, or situations where you did not submit a production-access request after the test completed.
Email info@testers14.com from your account's email address with your order number (visible on your Billing page), whether you want a free retest or a refund, and, if available, a screenshot of Google's rejection. A free retest starts a new 20-day cycle right away. We aim to process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method via Stripe — the same window the confirmation email states, since how fast it actually posts depends on your bank, not us.
The money-back guarantee above applies to closed testing, where the outcome hinges on Google's production-access decision. A QA audit has no such verdict — you are buying the testing work itself, carried out on real devices, and the report is the deliverable. Before we start: if you have not yet completed your app details, or we have not begun testing, email us and we will refund the order in full, no questions asked. After the report has been delivered the work has been done and the order is not refundable — but if the report is not what was described on the product page, tell us and we will put it right or refund you. The Technical QA Audit also includes one free retest of a reported issue, on the same device model, requested within 7 days of the report.
