Testers14 is operated by a small, independent team of testing coordinators based in Canada. We are not a subsidiary of Google, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC — see below.
Testers14 provides real Android testers to help developers meet Google Play's closed-testing requirement (currently 12+ opted-in testers for 14 continuous days). We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.
We provide genuine, verified testers who install and use your app for the testing period. We cannot guarantee Google's production access decision, which depends on Google's own review of your app and submission — see our money-back guarantee below for what happens if access is not granted.
You must provide an app that complies with Google Play's Developer Policy. We reserve the right to decline service for apps that appear to violate those policies (e.g. malware, fraud).
Payment is one-time per order — the price shown is all-in — processed securely via Stripe. No subscription or recurring charge.
See our Refund Policy for the full terms of the production-access guarantee. Questions: info@testers14.com
Android QA & Performance Testing is a separate service from Closed Testing: we run your app on real physical Android devices and deliver a written report of what we observed (startup performance, memory, UI responsiveness, crashes, and device/OS compatibility, depending on the plan). We do not require your source code. Depending on the plan, you may provide a Google Play testing link, an APK/AAB, or specific build configuration files — never a keystore, signing password, private key, or any file containing credentials or secrets.
Our report describes what we actually observed on the devices we tested, labeled as a fact, a measured observation, or a hypothesis where the cause can't be confirmed without your source code. It is a diagnostic aid, not a guarantee that every bug in your app has been found, that Google Play will approve or continue to list your app, or that your app will meet any specific Android Vitals or Google Play technical-quality threshold. Where we reference Google's own published thresholds or requirements, we're describing Google's policy, not certifying your app against it.
Any build or configuration file you upload remains your property. We use it only to perform the audit you ordered, do not use it for any other purpose, do not share it with anyone outside the team performing your audit, and delete it from our storage on the schedule described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to share whatever you upload with us.
A retest covers one reported issue, re-checked on the same device model it was originally found on. If that model is no longer in our device pool we use the closest equivalent and say so in the report — we cannot promise the identical physical handset months later, and a before/after comparison holds on the same model regardless. Two different windows apply, because they are two different things. A retest included with a plan must be requested within 7 days of your report being delivered. A retest bought as an add-on does not expire — you own it until you use it. Requests outside that scope may be quoted as new, paid work.
We reserve the right to decline or stop work on any submission that contains malware, is intended to defraud Google Play, its users, or a third party, or otherwise violates Google Play's Developer Policy or applicable law. We may refuse service at our discretion for any submission we reasonably believe falls into one of these categories.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Testers14's liability for any claim arising from either service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost app-store revenue.
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
